  A friend had told me about the free audio books available from the library and that I would need a library card. I visited the library and was given a card. Went online when I got home to find I needed a PIN number from the library. Visited the library again and asked for a PIN number and was told the computers were closed and I would need to come back. I was not asked why I needed a PIN number.
  When I suggested that it may be a good idea to ask people when they receive their card whether or not they require a PIN number I was told 'not everyone wants one'.
  Friendly staff but not very efficient
  I then asked for some waste food bags which I had picked up from there in the past - I could see them behind the counter. I was told I couldn't have them as the Council office was closed.
  Come on - get your act together!
